My Name is John Lewis 

Originally from the Isle of Wight,  Where I Studied Sugarcraft at the College of Art & Tec.

When I finished my courses I was asked back as a Tutor to teach Sugarcraft from basics to advanced and Launched  my Wedding & Celebration Cake Company, including my retail Sugarcraft shop, after 10 years of business we decided to move to East Sussex 

and closed  the Isle of Wight Business .

I Launched Dream Wedding Creations in 2011, 

 returning to my no.1 love as a cake maker and cake designer designing and creating Bespoke Wedding & Celebration Cakes with Sugarcraft Courses at Bexhill College.

My background is in Retail, Customer Service, the Wedding Cake Industry and Sugarcraft.

I have won gold, silver and bronze awards for my work in sugarcraft with commissions   rom Celebraties including the Nolan Sisters and Mark King of Level 42 

         also cakes for West-End Show opening nights including Grease.

         My aim for Dream Wedding Creations is Quality, Individuality

                                     and 1st Class Customer Service
